Shipping Methods
We offer several different shipping methods so you can get the products when you need them. We can only ship to addresses in the U.S.A., Canada, and Mexico. Here is some helpful information to help you choose the proper method.
Shipping Carrier
If you do not have a preference, we usually choose UPS. Of course, if you have a carrier preference, please remember to specify it on your order.
Ground Service
UPS (United Parcel Service)
Ground service offers the most cost-effective shipping option. Ground delivery time depends on your proximity to our Livonia, Michigan location. In general, you should allow 7-10 working days. UPS is the only ground service that we offer.
Air Service
Air Freight Service is also generally handled by UPS with a choice of Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air
Shipping Charges
We calculate the shipping and handling charges based on the weight and value of your order. This amount is prepaid and added to your invoice.
Insurance
Insurance is available to insure your shipment against loss or unusual damage. If you would like to insure your shipment, our Technical Support Department will be happy to assist you.
