
Returns
All new Sanyo Denki products carry a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails to perform properly within 1 year from the date of shipment, you have to right to a replacement or repair at our option. Of course, the warranty does not apply to products that have been abused or used outside of the recommended product specifications. Please refer to the Warranty/Disclaimer documentation that was shipped with the product for further detail and instruction.
For non-warranty repairs, the Sanyo Denki Techno Service Center also provides service for most Sanyo Denki and SANMOTION products. Please contact us by phone at 678-330-2064 from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, for quotes on repair charges and more detail on our service capabilities.
To Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number:
1. Please call us for a return authorization number and to discuss any additional information requirements. Please be prepared with the name and serial number of the item, as well as a detailed problem description.
2. Pack the defective product in the original box or a suitable shipping container and include the RMAnumber on your packing slip.
Repair Services
We are proud to offer repair services for most Sanyo Denki products. To receive a quote for repair charges please contact us with the general nature of your repair and the part number of your product. We can be contacted by phone at 734-525-1806 from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Please be aware that shipping charges are not included in the price of repairs. If the product you are returning is not one of our standard products, please contact us for assistance with that product. Some items such as cables and terminal boards are not considered repairable and may not be accepted. The Sanyo Denki Techno Service Center treats all repairs on a first-come first-serve basis and makes every effort to promptly handle your requests. A 90-day warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the repair part is included. Please note that warranty repairs cover parts and labor as outlined under the manufacturer's warranty (excludes consumable items).
