Payment Methods

Credit Account (Work Orders)
We accept work orders from customers with approved credit accounts. You can set up a credit account at the time of your first order by faxing your standard credit references to our main fax line or by mailing it to the address listed below. In either case, we will usually need 2 business days to verify credit information and we must have your company contact person, company name, billing address, telephone number(s), fax number, bank reference, and at least three credit references. We do not establish a credit account without an order.

Credit Account Terms
Our credit terms are Net 30 days. We invoice on the day of shipment. Our shipping terms are F.O.B. Livonia, Michigan with freight and handling prepaid and added to the invoice. All accounts are payable in full within 30 days of the date of invoice.
We offer great prices for world-class repair and support services. You can help us to continue these incredible prices by keeping your account balance current. Any account over 30 days past due is subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% APR) on the unpaid balance where allowable by law.

Credit Cards
We accept several different credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We must approve all credit card orders prior to shipment.

Cash in Advance
If you prefer paying in cash, we can ship your order as soon as we receive it. We do charge for the extra processing of any returned checks.

Bank Wire Transfer
We can also accept bank wire transfers for larger orders. Contact the Technical Support Department for assistance.

Security Interest
We maintain a security interest in our products. That is, we reserve the right to repossess any equipment for which we have not been paid in full. This includes products that have already been shipped to an end customer, either individually, or as part of a machine or process.
