SANYO DENKI AMERICA, INC. neither assumes responsibility for any omissions or errors nor assumes liability for any damages that result from the use of its products in accordance with information provided by SANYO DENKI AMERICA, INC, either verbal or written. SANYO DENKI AMERICA, INC only warrants that the parts provided or manufactured by it will be as specified and free of defects. SANYO DENKI AMERICA, INC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THAT OF TITLE, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The remedies of purchaser set forth herein are exclusive and the total liability of SANYO DENKI AMERICA, INC with respect to this order, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, indemnification, strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the component which liability is based. In no event shall Automation Intelligence be liable for any damages or losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential. The warranty cannot be transferred or assigned to third parties. It is limited to the purchaser only.

CONDITIONS: Equipment sold, repaired, or exchanged by SANYO DENKI AMERICA, INC. is not intended to be used, nor shall it be used: 1) as a "Basic Component" under CFR 21 (NRC), used in or with any nuclear installation or activity; or 2) in medical applications or used on humans. Should any product(s) be used in or with any nuclear installation or activity, medical application, used on humans, or misused in any way, SANYO DENKI AMERICA, INC. assumes no responsibility as set forth in our basic WARRANTY/DISCLAIMER language above, and additionally, purchaser will indemnify Automation Intelligence and hold SANYO DENKI AMERICA, INC harmless from any liability or damage whatsoever arising out of the use of the product(s) in such a manner.

Please note that warranty repairs cover parts and labor as outlined under the manufacturer's warranty (excludes consumable items).
